REMEMBER THIS IS NOT A SLIDE LOCK FOLLOWERand when brand new will not stop on slide. Careful attention to installation and break-in or damage may occur. Please allow a break-in period to achieve MAX capacity by loading magazine 5-7 times minimum. New MBX competition follower & spring sets need to be loaded 4-6 times to capacity preventing follower popping out when new , insuring spring set and the follower sits down in tube when new, this avoids any slide contact and damange to spring and follower voiding warranty as the competition follower is NOT held down by the slide stop and has minimal surface area , the competition follower is designed once spring is set to sit 1/4-3/8 below top of feed lips thus avoiding damaging slide contact with follower once magazine is empty. |
