This is a Lafette-style ground mount, dated “3/63,” manufactured by DISA (Madsen) for use with MG42, MG3, and MG53 machine guns. Original Olive-green paint throughout the tripod’s body, and includes shoulder straps for easy transportation, a Hensoldt periscope sight, and a sight illuminator battery pack.
