The Haley Strategic H-Harness is a combat-tested and battle-proven load-bearing system for all Haley Strategic Chest Rigs and Placards. The H-Harness provides a uniform fit across the neckline, resulting in more effective weight distribution to the back and shoulders. H-Harnesses are typically preferred when worn with large packs/rucks, when carrying heavier loadouts, or for individuals with broader shoulders. The straps feature a column of MOLLE webbing with 3 rows for attaching radios, cables, push-to-talk buttons, hydration tubes, compasses, EUD bridges, GPS, and other similar-sized items. The X-Harness includes a waist strap (AKA: “belly band” or “back strap”). Made with Mil-Spec nylon webbing and 500D nylon with 1″ male and female buckles. Made in the USA from USA materials (Berry Compliant).
