The Crimson Trace RAD (Rapid Aiming Dot) Pro Dot sight is an full size Open Reflex Sight for full sized pistols. Featuring The CT MOTION Sensor which detects movement of the firearm and automatically turns the dot on. The sight powers off after 2 minutes of zero movement to save battery power. The CT RAD Pro comes with a manual ON/OFF Function that allows you to turn on or off the sight by using the side brightness buttons, and an AUTO Shutoff Function that automatically shuts off after 8 consecutive hours of operation when turned on manually to conserve battery power. The CT RAD Pro has a 3 MOA aiming dot with a recessed and fully multi-coated lens with a large window for quick acquisition. The CT RAD Pro also features the CT RADIANT Ambient Light Sensor that automatically adjusts the brightness of the dot to match the lighting condition. The CT RAD Pro installs easily on an optics cut slide using the CT Micro footprint which is compatible with the Docter footprint. Includes a low profile Picatinny Rail to mount your CT RAD Pro to any Mil-Spec Picatinny rail.
The CT RAD Pro has a rear sight notch cut that lines up with your front iron sight, eliminating the need to buy separate co-witness iron sights. Machined from 7075 Aluminum making it 30% stronger than most industry standard sights made with 6061 Aluminum. The entire CT RAD family has an Innovative top strap design that deflects force if the sight is dropped. Includes mounting hardware and the CRIMSON Protect Lifetime Warranty.
