Surefire (5.56/.223) Muzzle Brake/Suppressor Adapter – Threaded 1/2×28
The SureFire muzzle brake is designed for M4, M16, HK 416, and MR556 weapons with 1/2-28 muzzle threads. It significantly reduces recoil impulse and muzzle rise, enhancing shot-to-shot recovery and weapon control. The patented Impulse Diffusion design minimizes side blast and rear concussion effects. It also functions as a sturdy mounting adapter for SureFire SOCOM Series 5.56mm Fast-Attach® suppressors, including the SOCOM556-RC.
Machined from US mill-certified heat-treated stainless steel and coated with black Ionbond DLC, the SFMB-556-1/2-28 provides exceptional durability and ease of cleaning. The design includes multiple bearing surfaces for precise suppressor alignment and features blind pilot holes for tuning and pin-and-welding on short-barreled rifles.
